Sapphire Power Holdings, a newly formed subsidiary of Riverstone Holdings LLC ("Riverstone"), has completed the acquisition of a 778 MW portfolio of gas-fired power generation facilities strategically located in northeast United States competitive power markets.

Topaz Power Group will serve as asset manager for the Portfolio. With the Sapphire acquisition, we will have 2,779 MW of Riverstone-owned generating capacity under management.
